Telehealth programs

Enrollment, pricing, labs, eligibility, medication shipments, and care-team support. These policies apply to our partner telehealth programs. Follow your prescription and care team's instructions, and confirm current terms when enrolling.

No. According to the program's Patient FAQ, your membership price is locked in when you enroll and stays the same for as long as you remain on the program. Dosage increases do not change your monthly price.

For most patients, a licensed provider reviews the intake form asynchronously, typically within 24 hours, without a live visit. A live (synchronous) visit happens if you request one or your provider needs more information before prescribing. Provider visits have no extra charge under the supplied FAQ.

The FAQ lists Arkansas, DC, Delaware, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island, and West Virginia for a live first-prescription visit, scheduled automatically where applicable. Your care team confirms current requirements for your location. The supplied TRT program overview specifically describes laboratory evaluation and synchronous clinician appointments for ongoing TRT care.

It depends on the program:

Medical Weight Loss (GLP-1): Labs are arranged and covered through the default lab partners, Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp, typically about once every 12 months or sooner if your provider sees a reason. If you choose a different lab provider, you are responsible for that cost.

TRT (testosterone): The first lab panel is required before you start and costs $50, paid by you. Ongoing quarterly and annual labs are then included in your monthly membership at no extra cost.

HRT (menopause/perimenopause): Labs are not included in membership pricing. Recommended labs are paid directly by you if and when you choose to have them done.

Microdosing: Lab work is not a required part of this program in the supplied FAQ.

Yes. During intake, you will be asked whether you currently take, or have recently taken, a GLP-1 medication. Provide the medication name, dose, and a photo of your current prescription. Your provider uses that information to match your current dose as closely as possible rather than automatically starting at the lowest level. The prescribing decision remains with your provider.

Eligibility depends on the program. The supplied Patient FAQ states:

Medical Weight Loss (standard dosing): Generally BMI 27+, or BMI 25+ with a qualifying condition. Examples include type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or sleep apnea.

Microdosing: BMI 20 or above, with no qualifying condition required.

Age: Most programs are for patients 18-74; patients over 74 may be considered case by case. TRT currently requires age 25+. The FAQ's non-steroid TRT option starts at 18+. Sexual-health medications require age 21+, and patients 75+ are limited to single-ingredient options.

Other health history also matters. Your provider makes every prescribing decision using professional medical judgment during intake or follow-up; meeting an age or BMI criterion does not guarantee approval.

Yes. The supplied FAQ allows enrollment in more than one program, but each currently requires its own separate intake form and checkout. Two programs cannot currently be combined into one order.

For weight-loss medication, the supplied FAQ describes a 12-week supply under one prescription, delivered as three sequential 4-week shipments. A new shipment is scheduled to arrive before the current supply runs out.

Another provider visit or refill intake is not normally needed until the 12-week mark, unless you request one sooner or your provider needs to check in. Billing remains as selected at enrollment: every 4, 12, or 24 weeks, depending on the plan.

After intake review and approval, most patients receive their first shipment within a few business days. These are the program's stated expectations, not a guaranteed delivery date.

The supplied FAQ describes the TRT program as testosterone replacement for men and the HRT program as menopause and perimenopause care for women. Female testosterone replacement is not currently offered in the described programs.

Only in some cases, when your provider and prescription specifically authorize a step-up. Follow the number of weeks in your individual plan. The FAQ lists all three of these conditions:

1. No changes to your medical, social, or surgical history since the last visit. 2. You are not experiencing side effects. 3. Your weight loss has been less than 1.5% per week.

Stepping up is never required. The FAQ says that when the conditions are not met you can remain at the current dose, and your provider may recommend a lower dose for bothersome side effects. Always follow your prescription label and care team's specific instructions. Message your care team before changing your dose whenever you are unsure. Studio employees cannot authorize medication or dose changes.

Medical wellness

Answers about consultations, prescriptions, hormones, weight management, peptides, sexual wellness, and healthy aging.

Our medical wellness program includes hormone therapy, clinician-guided weight management, peptide-related care, regenerative wellness consultations, professional supplement support, and sexual wellness for men and women. Every medical service begins with an individualized clinical evaluation rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Start with a private consultation. Your clinician will review your symptoms, goals, health history, medications, and prior treatment. Depending on the service, lab work or other clinical assessment may be recommended before a treatment plan is created.

It depends on the concern and treatment being considered. Hormone therapy and some other medical wellness services commonly require laboratory evaluation. Your clinician will determine which tests, if any, are appropriate based on your symptoms, history, and goals.

Semaglutide and tirzepatide may be considered as part of a clinician-supervised weight-management plan when medically appropriate. They are prescription medications and are not suitable for everyone. Eligibility, dosing, contraindications, side effects, monitoring, and medication availability are reviewed individually.

Depending on your symptoms, laboratory results, medical history, and clinical needs, a licensed clinician may discuss generic hormones such as testosterone, estradiol, or progesterone. Hormone therapy is prescription medical care and is recommended only when clinically appropriate.

Peptide-related treatments vary widely in evidence, FDA approval status, compounding status, and intended use. We do not present every peptide as an established treatment. Your clinician will discuss the goal, available evidence, potential risks, regulatory status, and whether a peptide-related option is appropriate for you.

Yes. Sexual wellness care may address libido changes, erectile-function concerns, menopausal changes, vaginal dryness or discomfort, hormone-related symptoms, and medication or lifestyle factors. For appropriate patients, generic prescription options such as sildenafil or tadalafil may be discussed after medical evaluation.

Professional supplements may be recommended when they fit your individual needs and broader care plan. Recommendations should account for your health history, medications, diet, goals, and potential interactions. Supplements are intended to support—not replace—appropriate medical care and nutrition.

Regenerative medicine is a broad category, and the evidence and regulatory status vary by treatment. We begin with a candidacy consultation and a discussion of your goals, condition, prior care, evidence, risks, alternatives, and whether conventional treatment, rehabilitation, referral, or a regenerative option makes the most sense.
