  • Health & Intake Information: Information voluntarily provided on your intake form to ensure a safe session, including your wellness goals, relevant health conditions, and care preferences.
  • Purchases: Details regarding gift card purchases and membership enrollments.
  • Communications: Messages you send us by text, email, or through our website.
  • Phone Calls: Information provided when calling the studio. Calls may be handled by an automated phone assistant, and call details or transcripts may be processed to help schedule your visit and answer questions accurately.
  • Technical Data: Basic usage data and session information when visiting our website.

Health Information Confidentiality

When you use a separate clinical or telehealth provider, review that provider’s privacy notice for information about how it handles your health information.

New You Preview Photos

The optional New You Preview is an AI-powered (artificial intelligence) visualization tool. When you use it, we collect your name, phone number, email address, chosen goal, and one photo. Our AI service providers process the photo solely to create your visualization and screen it for safety. Photos and AI results are stored privately, never through public links. We do not use them in advertising or social media, and we do not use them to train AI. Photos and AI results are automatically deleted 7 days after creation, or sooner on request. We keep your contact details to follow up on your consultation request and send texts only if you opted in.

Text Messaging (SMS)

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages from us, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and front-desk replies. Messages are sent securely through our telephony provider.

Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages, and START to resume them.

Payments

Card payments for bookings, gift cards, and memberships are securely processed by our designated payment provider. We do not store your full credit card numbers on our servers or in our local databases.

Information Sharing

We share your information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the wellness studio (such as booking platforms, site hosting, telephony and SMS providers, email delivery services, and payment processors), or when explicitly required by law. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

Our website uses essential session cookies to ensure core functionality, such as maintaining staff logins and enabling smooth site navigation. We prioritize your privacy and do not use intrusive tracking technologies.
